Great pool, clean room, spacious fitness room, beautiful breakfast, and convenient location for solo female travelers.

I chose Hyatt Place for its proximity to Clima Art Gallery, and was pleasantly surprised by the free shuttle service. The restaurant's delicious meals were a great bonus.
Poor staff service quality.

I've stayed at the Hyatt Place several times this year and it's one of my favorite places to stay. the rooms are spacious and modern. the staff, especially Rodrigo at the front desk, is always professional and accommodating. the inclusive breakfast is a nice touch, and the overall value is very good. the shuttle service was excellent, and the architectural design and fixtures within the hotel were unique and beautiful.
Everything was spot on 😊
